🛠 Installation Guide:

✅ Requirements:

• OpenIV (Latest Version)

🔹 Follow These Steps:

1️⃣ Backup your files first!
2️⃣ Open OpenIV & Enable Edit Mode
3️⃣ For Railgun Rapidfire:
📂 GTAV/update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/spupgrade/common/data/ai/
🔄 Replace file(s)
4️⃣ For Firework Bullets:
📂 GTAV/update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/mpindependence/common/data/effects/
🔄 Replace file(s)
5️⃣ Done! Go cause some mayhem! 🚀
